She was very prompt. An when needed. Repeated her self a few times when I was a bit confused on some details on medical. She carried a a good positive vibe and professionalism.
This was my first time seeing Megan. She was friendly and very thorough , answered all my questions and I was very comfortable with her.
She’s very polite, very helpful and everything and she’s amazing at what she does. My kid loves her dearly. And I’m very sad to see that she’s leaving Dr. Sheppard’s office. She’s a very nice woman.
