I had an exceptional experience with Megan, the physician assistant, today. Despite not having an appointment, she took the time to see me and provided such attentive and compassionate care. Megan was thorough, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. Thank you!
Megan was very detailed in reviewing my file, took my concerns seriously, explained the nexts steps and options . Great bedside manners. Truly felt heard. Truly appreciate Dr. Shepler and Megan for their time and attention to getting me better.
Megan,was very helpful and professional. She took the time to explain on what her plain is to help me with my health and she also took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I might of not seen the provider that I was going to see, that's fine with me. The important thing is that I got in for an appointment. And coming from Ascension, froerdort was the better choice on my behalf.
Very short wait to be called into exam room. Also a very short wait for PA-C to arrive. Megan was thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to talk with. She answered all my questions. It was a good appointment (except for the finger prick-glucose test-ouch! Ha!). 5 star rating well deserved.
I had a wonderful 1st visit with Megan. She is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and helpful. She followed up on all my concerns; ordering tests and filling prescriptions, as well as putting me at ease that I am in a great practice. Thanks Megan!
