Dr. Melanie Pointer (Johnson) is absolutely the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen and I wish she could act as my psychiatrist AND my therapist. She is incredibly intelligent and incredibly patient. She takes the time to listen and offers wonderful suggestions based on our discussion (things that include more than just prescription solutions). i love my psychiatrist melanie she’s always been so great but the communication from the actual establishment to my pharmacy/to me is really awful. i’ve run out my medication two or three times now and am having withdrawals and the people that answer the phone (or that don’t answer the phone) say different things to me. they put me on hold until the office was closed. they told me my medication would be sent over last week, it’s been several days now and still my pharmacy has received nothing. the withdrawals are not fun an... read more

Great woman and is really understanding I get why she does a lot of children because she is just super upbeat and happy this reflects to others and that is exactly what you would expect from a therapist
