My first visit would have been two years ago. It didn't go well.I was refused at the door last moment's notice. The veterans administration sent me there again and I visited my 2nd appointment. After five minutes , I was told she's not qualified to assist me. Do you know how long we wait for these appointments? Nobody told Melanie Smith not to accept me as a patient , but she told me, she refused me as a patient. Needless to say , I will never return or attempt to return again. lousy communication lousy providers!!!
So far so good! I was nervous starting this process again with someone new, however I’ve had a great experience thus far. I felt an immediate sense of calm upon meeting and that’s saying something for me. Seems to be very kind, observant, and knowledgeable.
Great(!) therapist. Very cumbersome and difficult booking/registration/checking in experience.
Booking was easy fast and well worth it!
