I was very nervous about starting the journey to better mental health. Within moments of walking in I knew I was in the right place! The office staff were really kind and welcoming. Calm music in the waiting area with comfortable seating. Melinda Kiser talked over diagnosis, treatment, was patient and let me express my concerns. She actively listened and did not rush me through. Melinda Kiser is amazing! She treats my mother who has dementia with so much care, patience, and respect. She puts mom at ease and gets her to open up in discussions which is wonderful for a member of a generation that was not always open to therapy!
Very personable Dr. Visits. Prompt replies back to refill requests on portal, really sweet desk lady in Knoxville. Gives me hope again in an actual office that spends the time to speak with their patients and collaborate on medication management. Dr. Kiser is a very intelligent lady and listens to you without it being fake or scripted. Thank you guys!!
Lifestance and Dr Kiser are wonderful The staff are kind, compassionate and friendly. Dr. Kiser is an amazing person. She has helped me so much. She is kind and non-judgmental. She puts me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Kiser and Lifestance.
