Melinda is kind, patient, and knowledgeable about mental health issues. She has listened to me and my wishes concerning my treatment and life goals. I feel like my input is valued and implemented. So glad the VA got me a referral to Lifestance!!!

This was my first visit to Life Stance and I felt quite comfortable with Melinda Kiser. She went through numerous questions normally asked and she also gave me some exercises to help eliminate some of the daily stress level. I actually started using them. I would recommend Melinda and Life Stance to anyone.
Terrible experience with this provider. Did not listen, did not understand, left me hanging in a crisis on new meds. Gave her benefit of doubt after realizing my messages to to the receptionst were not being conveyed with accuracy only for her to turn around and state that my concerns of seratonin syndrome were not an emergency. A clear lack of empathy is at the heart of the matter. This provider is not trauma-informed nor neurodivergent sensitive and sent me spiralling into relapse. Disgusting!
I was very nervous about starting the journey to better mental health. Within moments of walking in I knew I was in the right place! The office staff were really kind and welcoming. Calm music in the waiting area with comfortable seating. Melinda Kiser talked over diagnosis, treatment, was patient and let me express my concerns. She actively listened and did not rush me through.
