Melissa Kohnert is a wonderful counselor. You can see that she has empathy,and listens to you. She doesn't push she lets you speak. Setting goals for me to work on. She has a soft voice that seems to comfort me. I have personally worked with alot of counselors on my journey. I look for the one who have boundaries and don't go over them . It is important to me you have very strict boundaries to do ur work on ur journey of healing. I would highly recommend Melissa at Lifestance.
Enjoyed the experience . Was very friendly and attentive to what I needed.
Scheduling is great and Therapy is extremely helpful.
