I’d been to a few different therapists all seemed the same just giving generic responses and not really trying to get to help me get to the root of things. When I started seeing my provider with Lifestance my whole therapy experience changed for the better. I actually feel like I’m making progress and feel positive after our sessions are through.
Highly recommend this practice and specifically Melissa. Professional, intentional, intelligent, and caring. I always feel safe with her when things are heavy. I credit a lot of my progress in healing to my time with her. (This is showing up under my husbands name, totally not him typing it. Just a shared google account)
She made me feel so relaxed and that made the visit go so nice and very very helpful ☺️
I felt very comfortable talking with Melissa. The couch was restful and I am looking forward to my next visit.
