Melissa was awesome to work with & very knowledgeable. She is an A plus, plus in my opinion. We used her bc she had 5 Stars. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend her, she truly is the best realtor out there! Going to miss talking to her, now that the house has sold, we feel like she’s part of our family. We gave her 5 stars but I’ve always told her, she was a 10 star in my book. It was a great experience working with her!

Working with Melissa Floyd was truly a great experience. I had a small lot that I wanted to sell, and I chose Melissa upon recommendation by a relative who was also a client of hers. Melissa is an excellent realtor. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market made the entire home buying process smooth and stress-free. We decide not to close on the first house we made an offer on due to the home’s inspection. Melissa streamlined the process of terminating the contract and continued getting us into our new home. This was my first time working with Melissa and I must say I was very pleased with the way she worked with me. She kept in contact with me every 2-3 days to provide updates, provide updates, provide consultations on what to do to save money and help me to make the best decisions based on what I wanted to do.
