I am usually not the one to share reviews with providers however this required one. Melissa started off well with my stepson that is 6 that struggles with ADHD/ODD behaviors and then she started cancelling appointments back to back the day off, time of appointment, or 30 minutes before several times. Can’t rate this experience yet because I need to reschedule my new patient appointment because I didn’t fill out all paperwork.
They have helped a lot with the family. So far it’s been a pleasure. Telehealth has been a great way to stay in touch with appointments too. Thank you.

Very poor communication with parents by the Dr. Therapy was ineffective.
