I have a huge custody battle going on and my son told me "my therapist told me its my choice to see you" mind you his is 10 and telling him to basically violate my visitation rights. Then when I confronted her, she threatened "any future correspondence will be with our legal team" So me worried and confronted her about this is her response. That's not appropriate and now filing a report of misconduct.

I am usually not the one to share reviews with providers however this required one. Melissa started off well with my stepson that is 6 that struggles with ADHD/ODD behaviors and then she started cancelling appointments back to back the day off, time of appointment, or 30 minutes before several times. I really really Like Melissa alot what I do not like is that most times I have to call in to get a push email as I use my computer for the meeting, well most the time they take forever to answer the phone so I could be late for my appt that If they sent the email out in the first place there would be no issue

Melissa is great. However, she is not whom I need. With my PTSD and Anxiety I need my meds to help me stabilize and to live a normal life.

They have helped a lot with the family. So far it’s been a pleasure. Telehealth has been a great way to stay in touch with appointments too. Thank you.
