I really really Like Melissa alot what I do not like is that most times I have to call in to get a push email as I use my computer for the meeting, well most the time they take forever to answer the phone so I could be late for my appt that If they sent the email out in the first place there would be no issue
I am usually not the one to share reviews with providers however this required one. Melissa started off well with my stepson that is 6 that struggles with ADHD/ODD behaviors and then she started cancelling appointments back to back the day off, time of appointment, or 30 minutes before several times. Melissa is great. However, she is not whom I need. With my PTSD and Anxiety I need my meds to help me stabilize and to live a normal life.
They have helped a lot with the family. So far it’s been a pleasure. Telehealth has been a great way to stay in touch with appointments too. Thank you.
Can’t rate this experience yet because I need to reschedule my new patient appointment because I didn’t fill out all paperwork.
