Love the place and the staff! But the security guard that patrols the parking lot needs to be fired asap she came in the building cussing and calling clients junkies and and when we asked for a number and name to report her nobody would give it to us we all go there to get help with drug problems for her to come in there and call people junkies she needs to never be able to work at another place like this again.
Love the place and staff but somehow me and my girlfriends insurance keeps getting deleted out of the system or just not out into the system. They keep telling us we owe this astronomical amount and then we are told our insurance is not in the system. It seems the only person that's able to fix this and actually put it in the system is their counselor. Idk what keeps happening with this.

My experience at CTC has been more than amazing. I have never been treated so nicely. The staff truly care about their patients and the counselor (Tommy) is the absolute best counselor and I've been in recovery for 10 plus years. Ms.Mildred, the receptionist is so sweet, and welcoming and she has a great sense of humor. Ms. Kim , Mildred, and Sierra are great. They have a great personality and really cares about their patients. The Doctor also is a nice guy that listens and try’s his best to help you. Memphis CTC is one of the best places that helps me overcome addiction and return to my normal self. They actually care
