I just want everyone to know that CTC is the clinic of choice in the Memphis area.. everyone is very nice ,understanding and want to help you in any way they possibly can. I've been a patient at the other clinic and CTC is better in every regard. The other clinic was not understanding, I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the last 2 years and have been a methadone patient for almost 15 years now. I've been knowing Portia since 2019 and every since then she's been very adamant and serious about helping people transition to further your career and lifestyle... Give her a call and she will get on it right away or at least point you to the right direction.

I've been dealing with this company and I know it's not the company it's the employees for almost a year and I'm constantly having problems and they have a not a good communications I don't know what it is but it's them The employees that's working for Baptist medical equipment and it is sad to say

I am writing this under extreme duress - you can not rely on this center. We had been going there since February of 2024. Our insurance was already in place prior to treatment. We never were told that the insurance was not covering our doses! Until last Friday and on Monday the individual that is supposed to be keeping up with this wants to know what we were doing. How were we supposed to deal with it inside of 2 days on the weekend. This is a Thursday - we have now been told that we have to pay $98 a dose that's each day un... read more
