Like several other reviews, after 30 minutes of waiting, the RN/CNA person informed me that Zach was running late and asked if I could wait another 10-15 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I proceeded to leave. The receptionist's only comments were to tell me she was checking me out so I wasn't charged. No apology, no follow-up call from providers Zach, Tony, or Max, nothing. If this is how they take care of their patient, I definitely don't want them looking after my health care.
Dr. Zach and his staff are outstanding. From my 1st appointment, their professionalism and care for their patients was evident. Dr. Zack’s knowledge and bedside manner is amazing. He’s answered all my questions and has educated me along the way.
Zach Ritter is the very best! He is incredibly knowledgeable, triple smart and has the very best bedside manner. His good nature and calm demeanor are exactly what you need to understand your condition and assuage your concerns. Wish I could give them more stars.
I waited over one hour before I was seen by the doctor. Then when began the procedure I had to ask for the laughing gas to help ease the pain and anxiety I was experiencing. The PA when he explained the procedure to me months ago explained to me how it should go. Normally I’m sedated but he assured me the laughing gas would do the trick and it did. Once that was taken care of the rest of the procedure went as planned.
To begin with I find that the staff at men’s health is very warm and friendly. I’m very comfortable speaking to the physicians assistant, and he is very thorough in answering any questions I might have. A warm environment and the people really seem to care about me And of course they’re very professional and know what they’re doing.
