For my first visit at Men's Health I had contact with the lady in the office and the PA. I was met by the gal at the office window who greeted me, talked to me about insurance, and gave me paperwork to fill out. She did a good job since I missed a couple of questions I was supposed to answer. She then took my insurance card, medicare card, and ID card to make a copy of them. Like several other reviews, after 30 minutes of waiting, the RN/CNA person informed me that Zach was running late and asked if I could wait another 10-15 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I proceeded to leave. The receptionist's only comments were to tell me she was checking me out so I wasn't charged. No apology, no follow-up call from providers Zach, Tony, or Max, nothing. If this is how they take care of their patient, I definitely don't want them looking after my health care.
Zach Ritter is the very best! He is incredibly knowledgeable, triple smart and has the very best bedside manner. His good nature and calm demeanor are exactly what you need to understand your condition and assuage your concerns. Wish I could give them more stars.
Dr. Zach and his staff are outstanding. From my 1st appointment, their professionalism and care for their patients was evident. Dr. Zack’s knowledge and bedside manner is amazing. He’s answered all my questions and has educated me along the way.
To begin with I find that the staff at men’s health is very warm and friendly. I’m very comfortable speaking to the physicians assistant, and he is very thorough in answering any questions I might have. A warm environment and the people really seem to care about me And of course they’re very professional and know what they’re doing.
