I went to visit a friend and bring him Communion this past weekend. I was appalled at the uncleanliness of the room. and stickiness of the floor. I took 5 minutes out of my visit to clean up the room , pick up his items that had fallen on the ground, and reorganize so he had acces to his personal items. There were no towels or wash cloths in his room or bathroom. I find it hard to believe that the workers would not provide this service at least a few times a day in each of the patients'rooms.
