Giving this dentist a try as it’s very close to our new place. The staff are great and very kind. The dentist himself was really really good with my 8 year old and took the extra time to explain a few things to him and just general good bedside manner, age appropriate dental care for a child. Very happy with our new dentist office and the front staff are also great! Our one star is only because we waited quite a while for appt to start due to them being behind. I highly recommend this business! The hygienist was very pleasant while torturing me while cleaning my teeth and gums! 😀 Go Seahawks! The dentist was thorough and professional while reviewing the charts and conducting inspection! The receptionists were very helpful while greeting me, arranging free parking, booking my next appointment, checking my coverage, and collecting payment! Everyone knew their roles and conducted themselves professionally! I am very happy with this dental team!
This team is always so helpful and friendly, specially the people working the front desk. Dentists aren't the most fun places to visit but they kept me laughing while helping me sort out my next appointment and more importantly the payments. It feels like they do as much as they can to minimize what the client pays and maximize want the insurance plan pays. I have had root canals, cleanings, fillings and more over at least 10 years of using this office.
Always happy with my cleaning at Mercato dental. Great staff, well informed and always looking out for their dental patients needs. Been going there for years and for good reason, I trust them.
Ive never been as cared for by a dentist than I have with Mercato dental. The dental hygienists and doctors are so kind and attentive. I've have many bad experiences throughout the years so a place like this has been a godsend. My dentist is the founder and owner of Mercato and he goes above and beyond. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you thank you thank you for taking care of me ❤️
