Giving this dentist a try as it’s very close to our new place. The staff are great and very kind. The dentist himself was really really good with my 8 year old and took the extra time to explain a few things to him and just general good bedside manner, age appropriate dental care for a child. Very happy with our new dentist office and the front staff are also great! Our one star is only because we waited quite a while for appt to start due to them being behind. I had a great visit at Mercato Mall All the staff are so helpful and friendly . The dental Hygenist was so excellent and handled my cleaning with accuracy and efficiency . Dr Tan had to remove an old filling that broke on me at home and redid a very nice new composite . for me . Mercato dental continues to impress me as I’ve been a client for a number of years and highly recommend you visit them for your dental needs .
Best dental experience I’ve ever had the practice was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They explained all of the ins and out of my treatment and gave me a clear understanding of my x-rays. Can’t recommend them enough!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mercato Dental Centre. I originally came in because I had an old filling on my front tooth that was slightly discoloured. My tooth was otherwise completely healthy and pain-free. I asked if the filling could be replaced with a lighter/whiter filling for cosmetic reasons and whether there would be any risks or issues with doing so, and I was told it would be no problem. I highly recommend this business! The hygienist was very pleasant while torturing me while cleaning my teeth and gums! 😀 Go Seahawks! The dentist was thorough and professional while reviewing the charts and conducting inspection! The receptionists were very helpful while greeting me, arranging free parking, booking my next appointment, checking my coverage, and collecting payment! Everyone knew their roles and conducted themselves professionally! I am very happy with this dental team!
