Best experience. This is my family’s 10th Mercedes in 25-30 years and my first convertible!! Anthony and the team were wonderful to work with.
Our used car was excellent, as promised, and detailed expertly. We flew in from out of town, and Aaron picked us up at our hotel, and took us to the dealership. We have owned many cars, but this was our best experience yet! From Katie, to Aaron, to John, and George, we couldn’t have had better service from any of them! Even though we’re from out of state, we hope to do business with the Mercedes team here again! They were exceptional!

Had my car towed in on a Thursday late afternoon. Called and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 7:40am. Was never contacted and later that day called to check to make sure they had received my car. Service dept said they had the car and would get back to me once the checked it over. It was a Holiday weekend so I wasn’t expecting anything until Tuesday. No word Tuesday morning and I called again inquiring. Was informed the diagnostic test would be $210.
