Best experience. This is my family’s 10th Mercedes in 25-30 years and my first convertible!! Anthony and the team were wonderful to work with.
Purchased a new GLC 300 from Aaron. We had a great experience. He was welcoming and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product and made the whole experience go very smoothly.
I purchased a car 3-4 weeks ago and I immediately had a slow leak in one of my tires. The mechanics did several tests to determine the cause of the leak and were communicative throughout the process. Due to an existing patch inside the tire that was the cause of the leak, they decided to replace my tire for free. The consultant I worked with was thorough and apologetic throughout the wait. I had a great experience.
Had my annual service appointment for routine oil change and maintenance. Service team performed work quickly and correctly. They also provided recommendations for addressing upcoming service needs. Never disappointed with the customer focus I receive from the team.
It took quite a long time for service to be completed. There also seem to be high turnover of service agents. Waiting room was extremely cold. Worst of all is not being able to get my car washed after spending over $1200.00. Quality of service is nothing close to the quality of service at Easton of Columbus.
