The "take-in" process for my vehicles service was fast and efficient. The service representative was very professional and friendly. I was told the service would take 2 hours and it was done in an hour and forty five minutes. Easy and fast check-put process. My only concern was that the service technician recommended I purchase two new rear tires. My tires turned two years old the day after this service. They have 25,000 miles on them and they are rated for 60,000 miles. They have plenty of tread left on them yet the tech... read more
Fantastic service with easy online scheduling that got me in just 1 week out. The part I really loved was this dealership sharing a quick 2 minute video showing the entire underbody with verbal status narrated by the technician summarizing the service done including detailed description of the status of brakes and Tires and topping off the coolant and windshield wiper fluid. New to Mercedes ownership and 1st visit to the dealership. Opted make an appt online. Was super easy and glad to see there was avail for the same day. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. Dustin, the service advisor assigned to me was pleasant. Pointed out their beverage and snack area, should I want something. He also answered my questions regarding their services and the costs upfront. I pulled into Mercedes Benz of Kenwood on Monday around noon with a warning light showing on my car and no appointment. Tom my service advisor greeted me with a smile and quickly had my car inside to find the problem. Fortunately it was only the battery and fixed in no time. Mercedes Benz of Kenwood, Tom, and the technicians are always offer superb service. I trust them completely for all of my automotive needs.
