I bought my Smart Car from this Mercedes location, Montgomery Ohio in 2017. (Approx 9yrs ago) The absolute best experience with any dealership! They treated me like a queen, even though the total was only about $9,000. EVERY associate is amazing. Been servicing it there for years. Walker and Justin in the service dept have always delivered the BEST customer service!! I highly recommend this dealership! I trust them completely to take care of my baby! Thank you so much!!

My G550 recently received a complimentary full detail wash inside and out. I was given a loaner due to how much time it was going to take. I picked my G-Wagon up and she was shining. I was especially impressed with how well the tires were glistening. I can say that she hasn’t been this clean since she was brand new. I was very happy with the service provided. I’m new to the area so this was my first experience at this dealer. My Mercedes is 21+ years old and nobody there batted an eye when I brought in my old car. Justin was my service advisor. He was friendly, efficient and made sure I understood what was needed. The techs were able to fix my jammed center console, among other things. I had given them permission to break it just to get it open, since replacement was cost prohibitive. I did not expect to see it working again! Overall, and excellent experience.
They were able to service my car quickly (within a few hours without an appointment) and accurately when the check engine light came on. It further exceeded my expectations when they even washed it! They cared about my service experience. I highly recommend!
