Best experience. This is my family’s 10th Mercedes in 25-30 years and my first convertible!! Anthony and the team were wonderful to work with.
Had my annual service appointment for routine oil change and maintenance. Service team performed work quickly and correctly. They also provided recommendations for addressing upcoming service needs. Never disappointed with the customer focus I receive from the team.

Superb customer service for my blown tire/ wheel bent after landing in a pothole late night Christmas Eve, Eve. Dimetri immediately had a new tire ordered, appointment set and my car was repaired/delivered to my workplace Christmas Eve. Dimitri went over and above to help knowing I’m in retail and it is our BUSIEST season, I needed my vehicle. He earned over a 5 star rating for this ordeal. Highly impressed with this service and the team in the service department at Mercedes Montgomery! Thank you !
I had a negative experience with this service center, so much so that I don’t think I would ever go back here. For whatever reason, the hatch on my SUV opens regularly, and when I go into my garage, it is open. But more than that, the hatch slams into the ceiling, resulting in chipped paint on my vehicle. This has never happened in the 20 years that I have lived in my house, but this is the second time I am having my car touched up, and we have only owned the car for six months.
