Dr. Eldadah is the only person in the entire office with any ounce of common sense or compassion. There is clearly a reason why he is the only doctor in the office to ever be booked and busy while the rest always have wide open schedules. The entire staff is rude and so unorganized. Don't ever expect to have a quick appointment. I was here today with my son and there was one of the receptionist behind the checkout desk that was very rude. The whole time we were there she had this very nasty face towards the people waiting to be seen. When we were checking out my son went to her and asked for a sticker she snarled and rolled her eyes with the same nasty face. A person like this with children does not look good in your clinic. I've brought all 6 of my kids here most of their lives. The past 11 years they have been our pediatrician & we couldn't ask for more attentive, informative and caring staff. Love everyone here especially Dr Zoe who retired and now Dr Chinayan. Sorry if I spelled it wrong!!
Dr. Eldadah is the best doctor my children have ever seen! He is so patient, caring, understanding, takes his time , and hears you out! Can't say the same about some of the other doctors we have seen. I can say that when he retires I will be moving to another location! Dr. Eldadah and his team of nurses truly make a difference. Thank you for being so caring Dr. !
The front desk staff has failed to notify us of cancelations three times. Once was for Covid treatment followup, twice for infant and toddler vaccinations. They did not leave a message, no other contact, did not call my spouse, nothing. The doctors are fine, but the front reception is beyond negligent. Both my spouse and I have wasted what little time off of work we have for these non-appointments, and have attempted to contact the practice manager only to be told they are unavailable multiple times.
