Had to go to the clinic in Fairbank at the end of the 2016 year. I asked them if there was a $20 copay cause I normally have to pay one. They said no. We took care of what we needed to and I went on my way. No bill ever showed up at my house so I figured there was a change in the insurance and everything was covered for that trip. Then March 29, 2017 comes around and I get a letter in the mail from a debt collector stating that the $20 never got paid, which that would be talking about my copay.
