It always seems like the Doctors and staff are in such a hurry to get my reason for coming to the clinic that they rush me through and dont have time to spend with me.
I was seen on time, treated with respect, and will miss my Dr as she is retiring.
First off, I just want to say that I really like my doctor, and the nurses that work with her have been great. This review is solely regarding my interaction today when I called to set an appointment with Forest Park Clinic. It seems the older I get, I just don't have a tolerance for being poorly treated. I'm a believer in self-advocating and try to be pleasant to everyone. I expect the same energy in return. I waited on hold ten minutes. Tiffany in ob/gyn exceeded my expectations! She guided my challenging insurance question as I was from out of state. I needed a couple of annual appointments quickly as I was only in town for one week. She managed to schedule both visits conveniently back to back. Everyone I encountered during my visit was fantastic! Super efficient and great care. Love the sincerity and helpfulness of mid-westerners!
I called the scheduling to verify I had an appt. On the 10th for an ultrasound on my legs and to cancel it. The woman I spoke with didn't seem to understand and rather than try she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a Sophie who claimed she heard me yelling at this girl which was a complete lie! IF I WAS YELLING WHY NOT ASK ME TO LOWER MY VOICE????
