I believe they have a Rude staff and Extremely long wait times. My experience: 1 hour wait to be called into the examination room when there were very few people in the waiting room (1 other party waiting). Waited in the examination for 30 minutes before being seen. I do not recommend and I would avoid if possible.
Went on a Sunday, probably 8 people ahead of me and spent 3 hours for a 15 minute test. There was one very friendly and proficient receptionist/check-in person. Hopefully during the week is much better.
Nurses, receptionists and doctors are very welcoming, pleasant and professional. Our daughter sees the same pediatrician every visit, which is hard to find at other clinics. Highly recommended.
The first visit is NOT free! They billed my insurance company for the entire visit which 99% was nothing but discussion about my issue. Don't be fooled by their website. HUGE waste of money! Bilking the insurance company which then falls to the patient. Fraud!
Don't bother. Waste of time if you want to be treated like a human being, especially Dr. John Lee. Ridiculous treatment. Bad attitude and his nurse isn't much better, has condescending attitude. Trinity doctors much better.
