I always have a good experience at the Mercy Grimes clinic. The staff is friendly and courteous. My PCP, Dr. Bauman, always takes time to listen and is compassionate. Also, I never feel rushed. The nurses are kind and attentive.
I appreciate Adam Culver giving me the time to be seen on Tuesday and prescribing the proper medication to help with my pain. Thank you so much.
Brought my daughter to the walk in for the second time and her pediatrician wasn’t in the office. We had to be seen by the family medicine doctor and have been here for over an hour just to have her ear looked at. I would not recommend the walk in unless it’s with the pediatrician.

Kimberley Bauman, MD, Is the Best Doctor in town. I have seen her over 10 years now. She is always so attentive and kind. She listens to you. She taught me to advocate for myself. I am grateful to be under her care.
