HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My mom has been without her heart medication because you can never get anyone on the phone. Literally no one ever answers. The won’t even get back with the damn pharmacy. If you want real care and to make sure you get your prescriptions you are supposed to have don’t go here!
I attempted today to call in to check on a referral that my Dr had requested over two weeks ago. I initially waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to answer. After finally getting someone, and discussing the issue, she asked if she could put me on hold to contact the particular department. I then was on hold for an hour awaiting the person to return to my call. She never did. Certainly not the customer experience I would have expected, and am still needing the information as to my call in the first place.
Had appointment scheduled said their camera broke down so they rescheduled for about two months later if you’ve got heart problems you don’t wanna mess around with these people then they’ll put you on hold while they go to lunch. Apparently, I was on hold for 32 minutes and still no one answered I just finally hung up!
I'd recommend you look elsewhere for cardiology needs. You sit on the line forever waiting to be connected to someone only to either be hung up or eventually connected to a voicemail and they don't return your message. My provider told me if I ever had concerns to either call and get a message to them or use the portal, I sent a message about a week ago, still no response and on their voicemail, it tells you they will get back to you in 48 hours. I saw Doctor Arron From last year. I had very high blood pressure, it's hereditary. He had to put me on 3 different medications. I have been doing well until now. I have been sick off and on for 6 weeks. I think he does a great job. Charisse Ozella
