If i could give zero stars i would. I was diagnosed with postpartum hear failure in summer of 2025. it’s been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with these people. iowa must have HORRIBLE cardiologist for these people to be named top in the state. i even gave in and finally requested to see a different MD Within the clinic as my husband had suggested and i didn’t know they could be worse than the first one. my blood pressure dipped back down to 86/56. i’m 29 years old and it was improved 3 months ago. i asked why this was... read more

I would like to share what a fantastic experience I had with a woman who helped me on the phone when I called to get help with my mother. She told me her name was Ann B. And why I know she was just doing her job, she did it with Grace, class, and kindness that she did not have to do it with but she chose to and it meant the world to me. The heart doctors do not listen. I advise them not to change my daughter's medications rapidly. It had to be done in a slow process so we could make sure we were watching her blood work. They started increasing her medications weekly and not watching her blood work close enough and it put her in ventricular fibrillation. I almost lost my daughter. I had a mechanical heart valve put in...I need an MRI. One would think the surgeon, or said surgeons representative would be able to tell me if it is safe to have an MRI. Instead I am being told that I have to contact the company that makes the valve? Srs'ly????

I attempted today to call in to check on a referral that my Dr had requested over two weeks ago. I initially waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to answer. After finally getting someone, and discussing the issue, she asked if she could put me on hold to contact the particular department. I then was on hold for an hour awaiting the person to return to my call. She never did. Certainly not the customer experience I would have expected, and am still needing the information as to my call in the first place.
