Just wanted to share our experience today. My brother in law (and sister) from Des Moines were scheduled for his blood transfusion at the Newton location. Due to staffing after Thanksgiving, it was the only place that could accommodate them so quickly. From registration desk, to the lab (thank you DW) you were wonderful! And then up to SCU we met Mandy my brother in laws nurse. 2 units of blood is a long day, 5 hours or so, and she was so friendly and outgoing. I’ve now had a few procedures done here, and from start to finish I experienced the most outstanding care. Every person on staff, from the business office, to radiology, to the outpatient surgery nurses and doctors have all deserved the highest praise. I’m so grateful to live in a community with this level of healthcare available and hope that we see continuous growth!
Thank you for giving me a safe place to go when I needed help today. I felt so much different and better when I left. Thank you for taking such good care of everyone in this community and doing your best work to get people through their roughest days. You guys are the best!
If my visit to the ER had ended professionally (and it did NOT), then I would give a better rating. I went to the ER with a hand injury. It turned out to be a sprain, not a break, but it is quite swollen and very painful. The visited started professionally, and until they read the X-rays, all was well. But as I was waiting to hear from the doctor on the results of my X-rays, some weird woman from the paperwork department comes violently barging into my room to say "Im here to discharge you. I went and had 3MRIS done with one very fantastic radiologist his name was Jeff very funny and very informative made me feel super comfortable i really appreciate it
