I want to thank you on behalf of one of your knee replacement rehab patients, my wife, Melissa Robinson. Under your care at Mercy One in Newton for both knees she now has taken off with her new hobby, a semi-recumbant e-trike. We enjoyed the Great Smoky Mountains last summer and rode a few lovely trails. Without your skills we would simply not be able to do this. Your staff was so supportive and helpful. After suffering from a pelvic floor injury, I was surprised to discover that MercyOne Newton Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist on staff! Newton is beyond blessed to have Haleigh Jackson! She was SO kind and knowledgeable and really took the time to help educate me through the entire process. While my therapist was completely awesome my review is based on the receptionist. I was told at my last appointment that they were requesting more visits for me from my insurance. After 2 weeks I received a letter from my insurance stating I was approved more visits but they had to be all in one day. After talking to the receptionist on the phone I was told she put the wrong dates in the request. Haliegh and Jill are great. The issue is having any emergency or illness causing you to call to cancel an appt. Makes them take you off the schedule and you can longer be seen . This has happened 3 times to me. I'm sorry I have other health issues. I'm sorry my son was life flighted to des moines. I'm sorry a snow storm blew in. I hope haliegh and Jill find a better clinic to work for

After alot of frustration my Dr. Sent me to pelvic floor therepy with Haliegh. I SO recommend going to see her for therepy. Its an on going process but she gave me the tools i need and found out so much about the way my body should work. Absolutely do not hestiate to go see Haliegh for pelvic floor therepy.
