This hospital is exceptional. The facility was well-maintained and immaculate. Navigation to various locations within the facility proved challenging. The staff members were pleasant and amiable. Parking was ample and not congested.

I feel most reviews on a hospital are only when something goes wrong, so I wanted to add a positive vote. I just visited here first time for an imaging. I was greeted at the counter. Every person I interacted with introduced themselves by name. People smiled. Were upbeat. The tech was clear at communicating everything as she was working. A+ staff! This was one of the worst experiences. Three days in the ER and three doctors later I was sent home with Morphine and Narcan just in case I overdosed. They did bedside surgery, nothing under my leg, and I was left there to sit in my own blood and whatever else came out. I was told they called infectious diseases, but then 6 hours later they finally put the order in. Worst bedside manner by the providers. I loved the nursing staff, they advocated for me when the doctors refused to help.

Called and inquired about wait times in Emergency Department as I had cut my leg and needed stitches at 1100PM on a Tuesday night. The young nurse that answered the phone was quite short and abrupt when I inquired about wait times. Immediately irritated. I drove 35 minutes to Mercy West. I was the only patient in the facility. We had a great experience at the hospital for labor, delivery, and postpartum care. The facility was clean and well-organized, creating a calm and supportive environment. The nurses were exceptional—attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled. The labor and delivery team provided constant support and clear communication, while the postpartum nurses continued that same level of care and responsiveness.
