I just moved out of this building after living there for a few months (had to end lease early for job relocation), and I will say it was great living here! Super quiet building, loved having close access to the train, and really kind, attentive building staff. Everyone was always so friendly and helpful with everything from when I moved in to my move out. The studios are spacious and have great natural light. The appliances were good quality and everything in the building is well maintained. It’s a new building, so it’s nice to see that laundry and a gym are planned for the future as well. Overall, it’s a comfortable and quiet place to live.
The team here really makes this place feel like home. Licy does an awesome job managing the building and is always easy to reach. The super is great at what he does and takes care of issues quickly. The housekeeper keeps everything clean and looking great. You can tell they all care about the building and the residents.
I moved in Oct 2025 and it been nothing but exceptional service from both the property manager Licy and the maintenance team with very prompt service whenever I need them. Wonderful staff, very clean and quiet building. Would recommend.
Pros Ground staff, Licy Vargas Property manager ,Dawn Maintenance Staff and cleaning stuff are very helpful and nice people .
