I’ve been really happy living in this building for the past few weeks, and a big reason why is the amazing team that keeps everything running so smoothly. Licy, the leasing manager, has been wonderful throughout the entire process. She was incredibly flexible with my move-in and went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. I even had packages delivered before my move-in date, and she arranged for maintenance to place them safely inside my apartment so I wouldn’t have to worry about them. Just moved after a year lease here in a very spacious and cool studio. Had to relocate unfortunately. Management/staff were top notch, everyone was very nice, communicative and welcoming from day 1. Apartment halls were cleaned daily. A gym and laundry room was added halfway through my stay and this only added to the value and quality of life. Although very quiet and private the neighbors were always friendly. Would recommend!
I recently toured this property and had a wonderful experience. Licy, the Property Manager, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. Licy’s outstanding customer service and attention to detail left a lasting impression. I highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re considering this community!
I want to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent work of Hector from the maintenance team at Meridia Bound Brook 1. I had an issue with my apartment, and he was incredibly quick, professional, and kind in resolving it. He made sure everything was perfect and explained each step to me. It's a true pleasure to live in a community with such dedicated staff. I loved the flowers they put out. 💐🌺🌸
