She is very professional and detail-oriented, yet genuinely cares about the residents; she makes everything easy and stress-free. It truly feels like she reads your mind. We’re very grateful to have her as our manager and highly recommend her!
I had such a great experience here! Michelle and Jennifer were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. The apartment itself is beautiful—so nice, modern, and new. The building is always kept clean and well-maintained, which really makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Michelle and Jennifer viewing a few apartments here. They were very attentive from the moment they met us at the door. They show us different sizes of apartments and they answer all the questions we had. We were undecided on a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom but after seeing the apartments we decided to take the 2 bedroom apartment. They gave us the lease forms and told us how to fill it out. Whoever working in the leasing office so rude. Even though I have an appointment they rejected me at the door. Seems like even if you schedule a tour from website they dont accept! Finally, this place is not ready at all and smells like garbage from the next building. Good Luck Meridia!
