I initially chose this apartment building because of its location. I was looking for something with easy access to the surrounding towns and the parkway. The building itself is fairly standard nothing particularly special. The application process was straightforward, and I was approved with a 760 credit score and an income of 13 times the monthly rent. The management and property team go above and beyond. They are super friendly, always available in the office, and quick to answer calls. The maintenance staff is incredible—there’s never any wait time. The cleaning crew is constantly at work, always smiling, and keeping everything spotless. The property is well-maintained and up-to-date. I truly have no complaints and would highly recommend living
Jasper was extremely helpful and attentive to our wants and needs! I am disappointed at how far the parking is for my unit especially with my medical issues and the YOU MUST ALWAYS HAVE YOUR PHONE IN YOU AND CHARGED...if you forget your phone there is no back up system to get in the building or your apartment. There is no concierge to assist you. Thankfully the building has wonderful residents who don't mind calling for maintenance to come to the building.
This is a real review of this complex. All the positive reviews you see here are asked for at the time of move-in, when management runs after you, pretends to care, and creates the impression of a “luxury community” that looks after its residents Now the truth. Forget about management in this complex it simply doesn’t exist. If you ever face a serious problem, first you will barely find any contact information, and even if you do, no one will ever answer the phone. Scammers . I had in appointment, and then they cancel right the day before.. for no reason, when I ask them why? They said - our manager will get back to you and answer why. But no one get back to me .lol but they keep spamming my email with there properties… Just don’t waist your time to see this place ..obviously it’s a scam - and spam.
