Non existent management/Poor building construction Moved in July 22 created work order for leak in bathroom management and maintenance took forever. Leak extended into living room. Faulty construction of windows above my apartment letting in rain water. Maintenance wanted to cover up water stains. Made them expose the ceiling and found black mold. Happy they agreed to move me to another apartment. Not happy with how they did it and the hoops I have to jump thru to do it. Management doesn't seem to understand how difficult it... read more
READ BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!! I have lived in this building for six months, and there has been a total of 18 building wide fire alarms. These alarms occur at all hours of the day and night, including as late as 1:00-3:00 AM, and some have continued for up to an hour. The alarms are so loud that they can be heard from outside the building, making them impossible to ignore even when attempting to leave the area.
