Just like any other rehab I've been to when I first got there I hated it. By the third day I wanted to go home. But thankfully other peers talk to me into staying. And also like other rehabs you have your bullies and those types of people but they graduated so then it just got much nicer and calmer. My only thing is that I met with my counselor on the second day and never met with her again not even for my final meeting before I graduated. I never spoke to a therapist nothing. I have been dosing, attending counseling have 2 recovery coaches and have been inpatient. At this facility, I can't possibly say enough. Good things about them. The staff is friendly, helpful and Always professional, particularly Megan, Sarah, Jacqueline, Hanna,Dave and Kathleen i've been with them for 3 years. My dad is attending here and I’ve been told people are stealing his food and cigarettes (money coming out of family members pockets is being wasted because others are stealing) and he also describes it as prison like, says there were not one but… SIX fights today! Amazing how much better I feel after being there for just 14 days. The amenities are good, with a gym and art room, and guitars and piano. The food is so good. The staff is stacked with great people, and everyone is in recovery and has real stories to help them identify with patients, and vice versa. AA/NA/CA speakers are so good, I would get goosebumps. The people that work there are godsent from the manager all the way down to the security guard. Wonderful people I'm so glad I switched from therapeutics to meridian. Therapeutics is a terrible clinic. The owners Dwayne and Deidre are not nice people at all. They break hiopa laws and talk about clients secrets to other clients. That's why I left there.
