This is one of the best treatment centers out there. They really care for their clients and their mission. The classes are very helpful and cover so many aspects of recovery so you are prepared for many issues. The staff are very good to the residents and they make it apparent how much they care about our recovery. My counselor was amazing. I never had a better experience at a rehab. And I've been to quite a few about 4 total over my entire 26 years of sobriety , judge me, I cannot say enough good things about this rehab. They saved my life. They've always been there for me they said, come back, I don't plan on coming back and I don't plan on messing up again, but if I do or know where to come Loving staff. Great amenities, exactly the amount of things you need rules and everything else to succeed. God bless this Rehab..
My experience was fair. I arrived at Meridian the intake service was awful. I sat in the lobby for 6 hours. I arrived there at 11:30am didn't get back to the back till 5:pm. The food was decent. Some of the staff we're great. Some yelled at us for every little thing even the things they told us not to do they made exceptions for all the residents. They counselors there were phenomenal. Nya is the best there is and a ray of sunshine.
Honestly your stay at any rehab really comes down to what you put in it. The food is good. Its a big place with nice lounging areas. Of course the beds are cramped and not king size but what else would you expect. They just put a lot of money into the outside. A basketball court and pickle ball.. they treat you well there. It's a pretty good place. There are some good people there. Kaitlin, Lorrie, Leon, both Ryans, Tim, and Tony were all pretty good to me. So were Kim and Jonelle in the detox area. The only real complaint I would have is that I caught a pretty bad cold about 2 days after I got there and they wouldn't let me have a day of bed rest so I could get better.
