Steer clear!!! After living here for 3 months our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling. After our first ticket was submitted the response was “this is condensation from AC or shower” and ticket was closed. So I noticed most of these reviews are from people who have never actually lived here but just had a bad experience with the leasing office. Here's my review of the apartment after having lived here for over a year. My partner and I live with our cat in a 1 bed 1 bath, and we are both very happy and feel extremely lucky to be able to live here. It has been extremely stressful to communicate with the leasing office as they have been really inefficient with responding emails. My emails always either get ignored or it would take days for them to respond. I have already said in my emails that phone calls would not work and “ It would be better if we contact by email,” however, the leasing office just straight up ignored my email and kept on calling. Lived here for many years and absolutely loved it. The apartments were top notch, staff and leasing agents were very friendly and the property was well maintained. Also love the new pickleball court they built. Really awesome!
I’ve been living here for 7 years and couldn’t be happier! It’s a great, respectful, and friendly community with amazing amenities like a gym and a pool. I truly enjoy living here and plan to stay for many more years
