My experience was awesome. I had my first appointment today. I was super nervous but it turned out amazing. My therapist was so kind and sweet.
The booking process was the easy and only therapeutic part of this experience. Waited 2 weeks for my appt, only for the therapist to be a complete nightmare from the moment she joined the virtual session. She was late and had connectivity issues she kept blaming on me. She said she couldn't hear me then called me hostile for speaking louder, saying I was yelling at her. Never got to any reason for my therapy cuz she got hung up on a detail about my family.
