This place is beautiful. It’s comfortable it’s cozy. I love it. The only thing is that people make it worse !! You do have a lot of people out in the street coming in here messing up everything and that’s including people living in this household also destroy other peoples things we also have loud music and dirty complex. I’ve been complaining about a neighbor who has the tv on all night long and still has not been resolved over a year, I went to the office today to let them know again and the manager said if I raise my voice I’m kicking you out of my office, and that if I kept going she threaten to give me a notice to vacate. I asked to speak with Glenda and the manager said she would be here later, I asked when? She said she would let me know. The only reason why I'm giving the 2 stars is because Veronica is amazing she works with you and your family as long as you're doing your part to help your community Stay Together but this is supposed to be a low income area how is low income paying $1,600 a month when we started off at 12 or 1300 how do you jump up to two or three hundred and one year. Still have no parking when I first moved in we had parking then they went to this permit thang and towing bull I get it if you don't live here you should not be parking but when you live here you should be able to park wether you have a permit or not they have all vehicle information in the office but you still get towed y'all need to think about parking like buy a lot or something we all know y'all have the money but think about the people that live here more then just getting money from people then towing there car I mean ... read more
Parking is very misleading!!! Appears covered parking is for tenants and visitors have uncovered parking but that is NOT THE CASE. Visitors are not allowed ANYWHERE on the property and no parking available on street or neighboring properties. You would have to walk (unsafe neighborhood) or be dropped off. Car will be towed to a location 45 minutes away (nevermind there are several locations locally they could have used) and only allowed to pick up vehicle during M-F 9-5 aka working hours.
