This place is beautiful. It’s comfortable it’s cozy. I love it. The only thing is that people make it worse !! You do have a lot of people out in the street coming in here messing up everything and that’s including people living in this household also destroy other peoples things we also have loud music and dirty complex. Parking is very misleading!!! Appears covered parking is for tenants and visitors have uncovered parking but that is NOT THE CASE. Visitors are not allowed ANYWHERE on the property and no parking available on street or neighboring properties. You would have to walk (unsafe neighborhood) or be dropped off. Car will be towed to a location 45 minutes away (nevermind there are several locations locally they could have used) and only allowed to pick up vehicle during M-F 9-5 aka working hours. Today is Wednesday June 11th at 8:36pm the elevator in building B has been broken since 6:30pm and for some reason no maintenance lives on property but I know at least 1 that does and a person from property management lives here in building B but can't get ahold of anyone to fix the elevator and I'm handicap and can't take my groceries up the stairs and I would really like it if there was a way to contact the people that work here and live here or if there was an actual person that would answer the phone after hours so thing... read more
I’ve noticed multiple tenants with 2 parking permits & I get only one my cars been towed 3 times since I been staying in this place how’s that fix it!
You got people from other country’s living here from Catholic charities in these apartments. Still haven’t got my renewal lease after 3 months later makes me think how corrupt this poor management of these apartments show for the city’s district that let’s this happen.
