My car was towed on Tuesday after my apartment manager said it was OK to park in undercover parking. She failed to advise us that she changed the parking situation and that we could no longer park woke up one morning to take my kids to school and go to work. My car was not there. It was towed I had to pay $200 to get it out. I can hardly afford my rent much less towing fees. Here is fine I don’t find a problem with living here everybody’s so nice and friendly. It’s just a parking.
This is my first official home for my kids and I and I love it. The things I don’t like aren’t controllable by the staff themselves so I’m not going to let that affect my rating *transients, parking, etc* Every issue I’ve taken to the staff has been addressed quickly and professionally. The common issues that are had like parking they are working on fixing such as giving permits and towing vehicles that don’t have them to make sure residents have spots to park in. Thank you staff for all you!
I am currently a resident at Mesquite Terrace and I am highly upset about the parking situation. My car has been towed today because I was in a UNCOVERED spot on the property where I pay rent at. First when we moved in they didn’t have assigned parking we were able to park in garage. As of 8/26/24 a letter was sent out stating only ONE person per household is allowed a parking permit there is no where on that letter that states NOT allowed to park in Uncovered parking on PROPERTY. Wow! Love these apartments! Isabell does an amazing job of helping me! She walked me through every step of the process and she was so patient while I was getting all my important documents. Isabell is extremely kind and helpful. Hopefully the apartments will be able to open the gym soon!
Came in Friday looking for a place for my mom! Lease lady Isabell was very friendly and welcoming got all the info I needed, will be coming back for sure to submit! Only downfall no tours on Fridays 😞 tour days Tuesday and Thursday 11am, 1pm, 3pm.
