Great customer service! the best auction i have been to yet. Manheim Dallas has horrible customer service and im glad to have found an auction that really does put the customer first!
This place is horrible. I was running behind on my car payments and got repo. I contacted my finance company and told them I was going to make the payments to get my vehicle back. I was told that the repo company was going to hold my vehicle until the payment was made which was fine. When I paid the final payment on my vehicle and contacted the repo company they told me that it was sent to metro Auto Auctions even though there was hold put on it.
