I have been doing business with Metro Credit Union for probably 30 years. Their employees have always been helpful and friendly. I financed 3 cars through them and their rates were always the best. I also have had CD's with them and they usually beat the banks around. I would recommend them to anyone.
I like this Metro CU branch as it is close to my work and right off the highway. Very friendly and helpful staff here and they recently made some recommendations for my account which helped me out financially.
Can get busy at times especially on Saturday. Same friendly tellers most have been for years.
I am happy to have Metro Credit Union but I'm a little annoyed at their Christmas Fund process. I'm no genius but If I ran the bank I wouldn't mail customers a check with all their Christmas Club money in it. I would move it to their checking or savings account. My check got lost in the mail or stolen by my shady neighbors from my last apartment. I tried to change my address on Metro's website and it was not possible.
