Assistant Branch Manager Karen is so delightful. She is always attentive and very helpful. I always have a great experience when I visit the branch. I get happy when I see her because I know I will get the upmost Customer Service!
Came here a week ago to open an account. Did all paper work deposited. While I’m leaving the clerk called me to say I forgot to receive my debit card. Thought the card was in packet I received. I come back wait 20 mins and they tell me the machine printer is broken. That they can mail me my card and can be 7-10 business days. I say no I’ll come back. This Credit Union is just awesome, for over 6 years and even recently when I became a mortgagee, when Lucrecia Perez was just stellar! (and in my sincere opinion) instrumental in spearheading her team to meet all our banking needs in a timely fashion, my local branch staff takes the time to address my banking needs with a positive approach and great customer service. I can’t understand how come a bank can make it soo difficult for their customers with business accounts yall should get more modern this bank if for dinosaurs 🦖 I’m going to close my account and have a good one keep on losing customers.
