Never had a problem. I deal with people in the bank they all are amazing.
I'm actually writing this while I'm waiting on the phone for the fifth time today. I just want to be able to call a branch directly not have to go through hoops to do it. I have a simple question that would take 5 seconds to answer.
Worst banking company I have ever dealt with. Customer services is horrendous. I tried to set up online banking to access an account that I have had for years, I called the main number, TWO HOURS later the CSR, working from home (kids screaming the whole time), was unable to complete this simple task. Two days later I try again and got another inadequate CSR (Ashley), wasn't unable to even find my account. Every thing she did she would have to put me on hold and come back 10 minutes later. Best bank and best tellers evahh!! Every time I walk in they know me by first name and are so friendly and it makes my visit there that much more personal ! Carol the branch manager is awesome and attentive!
Great bank, I've had lot's of loans, I love Metro, there are now lots of branches in the area. Free checking, all ATM fees are covered for you, full service bank.
