HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE My wife passed away very suddenly she was a member of the Mass State Police with 35 years of service she was set to retire in 6 weeks I had to go to Metro Credit Union in Peabody to show them the death certificate and to close the account I was told that I have to get her name off the account I ordered new checks same account number but just my name on them then I was told it has to be a different account number after buying them I mentioned it to the Asst. They are the worst! Rude tellers, bad service and when they update anything I feels like they do it to disadvantage the customer. Leave your money in a mattress in the street us a better option than Metro. Peabody branch is the WORST.
Don't try to contact or go to location. They are rude. Website keeps crashing. Poor handling.
