My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Neredia Vega and her coworker to set up new bank accounts for our teenage children. Both ladies stayed about 30 minutes past their shift to finish creating the accounts and debit cards...they insisted on staying even after we told them we could come back the next day. Neredia also helped our children install and log into the Metro phone apps. It's unfortunate that most times when I come into the Salem branch the kids behind the counter only know how to do part of the job have been waiting over 45 mins to get a wire transfer approved. Manager in office dealing with other issues instead of facilitating this transfer from the beginning not at the end. Difficult approval system seems somewhat convoluted in nature.
This is the most difficult place to do business with. I'm trying to refinance and they are taking 2 weeks to let me payoff my loan.
