I have not been into the bank for a long time. I usually bank online. I have been a member for many years. I went in this AM, and the teller was awesome. Very friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. Answered all my inquiries with a smile and with a non bothering reply. Her name was Lillianna. Thank you for your kindness.

I went to this location as they have a coin couting machine. The machine works great, and no charge for members. 6% charge for nonmembers.

I use to bank at BOA and got sick of the fees and the run around anytime you need help with their customer service line. I decided on Metro as it is close to my house and they are a member of hte SUM ATM network. The customer serivce people and the tellers are all great. Anytime I call I always get a live person within minutes and they are always pleasant to deal with. It is nice that there are still small banks left that care about their customers both big and small!

I got sick of dealing with big banks EG BOA and their ridiculous fees for anything you do. SO i switched to Metro. This branch is nice and new. They have Coffee in the lobby for customers. They have a coin sorter for you to bring your coins in and do it yourself. The staff is very friendly and helpful and They reimburse you for your ATM fees so you can use any ATM you want. I have been a loyal customer with the bank since 1985. Beginning of 2024, I went to the Tewksbury location several times tried moving money into a better interest rate saving account. The Branch Manager keeps giving me all sorts of restrictions to open a saving account. She was not friendly nor happy to see customer putting money in the bank. I ended up having to travel to the Burlington office, lucky enough to speak to a cheerful, friendly and courteous branch staff for this service.

Metro Credit Union is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service. Tried calling the Tewksbury branch several times, just to get perpetual music while on hold. The website is useless, and their virtual assistant (called "Chelsea". A.I.?) doesn't even work properly. The website isn't setup (desktop PC) properly, and you can't log-in anywhere due to poor formatting. The mobile phone app for android devices is also useless. Lots of hidden fees they hit you with at the last minute. Very poor communication. Every call goes to Voicemail, then nobody calls you back. Interest rates are not competitive. Staff work part time so you don't get the same person you started off with, then the next person has no idea what's going on. Lots of unnecessary red tape. I closed my account and took my money elsewhere. I wouldn't trust them with my finances.

I have been a member of Metro CU for many years and never had a problem until the Tewksbury Branch Manager attempted to do a deposit for me. The Branch Manager, Tracy Hartford, is a horrible person. She was rude and unprofessional and refused to do my deposit. She lied to my face and she stood there and rolled her eyes and smirked. She must have been having a bad day.
