I've had to be referred here twice, each experience on each side was nothing short of the best!! From start to finish. Santina up front is amazing & the tech/nurses in the back are fantastic!! Thank you for what each of you do.
The experience with the nurses and actually getting my scan done was good. The problem is the attitude with front desk workers, whether in person or over the phone, they seem like they love having negative attitudes.
The in facility treatment was very good, the facility was very nice.I have to say,if you need your records after the scans,they completely suck.I know they waste no time billing your insurance, however, they repeatedly have excuses as to why you never seem to receive the results of the M.R.I.,good thing I am not on deaths door,waiting for the results, so I can get needed treatment, what a joke.I suppose I will have to lodge a complaint with the A.M.A.,as to not receiving any results.
I will start taking my services for me and my family someplace else. Not very good interactions with clients at check in. One of the biggest problems we have in our medical system is in fact how people are treated by those in the offices and by medical staff. Well, if someone comes to advocate and help their family member or loved one, in every way possible, the people in our our systems should support that. MRI procedure went fine. Metro was suppose to send results to University of Iowa Sports Medicine and they told me it would be 2-4 days to hear back about results. I waited a week and have not heard from U of I so I called them and they told me Metro never sent them. Glad it wasn’t a serious issue needing a quick diagnosis and plan for recovery. Typical Quad City healthcare, slow and sloppy.
