This place has multiple locations, and they call to remind you but don’t tell you where you are going. Google says they open at 7 and as of 720 AM, the phones were still saying they were closed (I’d called 3 times since 7). No info was given on who to contact at 7 AM despite Advanced Radiology being open and checking people in for them, so I had no idea which location I should go to. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Results were sent within 24hrs, getting a copy of the results for myself was kind of a hassle though and I gave up
I've had to be referred here twice, each experience on each side was nothing short of the best!! From start to finish. Santina up front is amazing & the tech/nurses in the back are fantastic!! Thank you for what each of you do.
The experience with the nurses and actually getting my scan done was good. The problem is the attitude with front desk workers, whether in person or over the phone, they seem like they love having negative attitudes.
The in facility treatment was very good, the facility was very nice.I have to say,if you need your records after the scans,they completely suck.I know they waste no time billing your insurance, however, they repeatedly have excuses as to why you never seem to receive the results of the M.R.I.,good thing I am not on deaths door,waiting for the results, so I can get needed treatment, what a joke.I suppose I will have to lodge a complaint with the A.M.A.,as to not receiving any results.
