Great experience !! Never fun going to get work done but it was easier with the experience. Very easy to make appointment, all the dental insurance was done ahead of time, I knew what amount I would be responsible for. I was greeted with a smile and checked in. The dental assistant was amazing and answered all my questions and never rushed. I got headphones with music and sunglasses. The dentist was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend !!
An excellent experience, with superbly talented doctors and assistants, as well as upbeat and enthusiastic staff. The expertise of the doctor and assistant were tremendous and everything was both efficient and effective. What a great team. I never want to have another root canal ever, but if I need one I'm going to make a return visit to Metropolitan Endodontics!
I have been remiss in writing this review. I saw Dr. Burke in April of 2024. I was referred to him by my dentist and expected to be told I needed a root canal. After looking at the x-rays taken by their machine, he told me he could do a wonderful root canal, but that it would not solve my problem. He asked appropriate questions, explained everything very thoroughly, answered my questions, and determined the correct course of treatment. He is very kind and very thorough. I came in with questions and they calmly answered every one. Kara was a kind and calming presence. Dr (sorry I don’t remember your name) was amazing! I didn’t have any pain, and nearly 12 hours later my only pain reliever is a recent red wine! Thank to all for your professional service!
Amazing experience. I was seen the same day I called, the staff understood the urgency of my situation. I was treated as a top priority. Can’t imagine going anywhere else, they went above and beyond. Dr. Burke was professional, honest and presented me with options and helped resolve my issue.
