My first appointment with Dr. Burke for a consult. I was a little nervous but Dr. Burke and his staff reassured me that things would be alright. They explained things in detail as to what they were doing and what will need to be done. I was so impressed with the administrative staff and the assistant to Dr. Burke. Dr. Burke and his staff are excellent. Most people are professional at their jobs, but it is the compassion that they bring to the table. So understanding and caring. Dr. Burke first took time to acknowledge the pain I was in and then explained ever In detail each step along the way. I received same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. Despite some challenges before and during the procedure, the care I received was truly excellent. The staff remained professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
Dr Vislisel and all of the office staff at Metropolitan Endodontics were very professional and calming. Dr Vislisel throughly explained the imaging results, what was going on with my teeth, and provided possible future scenarios of what may happen to my teeth.
