Received such wonderful care and they fit me in last minute before a long holiday weekend to save me from more tooth pain. Dr. Burke was amazing as well as the entire staff. Detailed and efficient, and even called my dentist for me for follow up care.
I arrived at 6:45 AM for my 7:15 AM appointment. I was welcomed by the receptionist and called in after only 5 minutes, then had my 3D x-rays done for a root canal evaluation / consultation. My endodontist's evaluation resulted in a recommendation to not perform the root canal at this time and assured me that if I experienced any conditions, such as swelling of gums and/or throbbing pain, I only needed to contact his office for a re-evaluation and noted I wouldn't be charged for another 3D x-ray. They were fantastic! Did a CT scan of mouth where pain was being generated. I thought I was going to have root canal but no . It was an infection of my gums so much better. Still but I will there advice and take of the infection and wear my mouth guard so I don’t do anymore damaged clenching my mouth. Thank you Dr. Burke, Kelly and office staff I met you folks were great and totally understanding to my stress.
My kid went in for her first root canal, nd I was more nervous than she was. But Dr. Burk nd his assistant Sam were amazing, they made us feel extremely comfortable nd reassured about everything. Dr. Burk did a great job on my kid, nd I would definitely recommend Metropolitan Endodontics, especially to ppl who aren't comfortable with dentist.
All of the staff at Metropolitan Endodontics were fantastic with my autistic son during his root canal. They explained everything and made him feel so comfortable. And when there were complications following the procedure everyone made sure he had exactly what he needed to get through the rough time. We will definitely use again if needed.
