I simply cannot recommend them enough. They were responsive, easy to make an appointment and gave great service from the moment I arrived. They made sure I understood the options, the procedure and the after care and made sure to take time to answer any questions I had. During the procedure they were caring and careful. A very relaxing and uplifting experience. I appreciate their professionalism and personalization!
They were fantastic! Did a CT scan of mouth where pain was being generated. I thought I was going to have root canal but no . It was an infection of my gums so much better. Still but I will there advice and take of the infection and wear my mouth guard so I don’t do anymore damaged clenching my mouth. Thank you Dr. Burke, Kelly and office staff I met you folks were great and totally understanding to my stress.
All of the staff at Metropolitan Endodontics were fantastic with my autistic son during his root canal. They explained everything and made him feel so comfortable. And when there were complications following the procedure everyone made sure he had exactly what he needed to get through the rough time. We will definitely use again if needed.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Burke and his staff are amazing. After being in pain for over a year and visiting FOUR other specialists, Dr. Burke is the only Dr. that took the time to really LISTEN and explore where this issue was coming from. I was so nervous to have yet another procedure but Dr. Burke took the extra time to explain why he felt it could relieve the pain….and it did! I was able to get a next day appointment. Dr. Burke and the staff were so kind and professional, they made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire procedure. I had no pain at all during or after the root canal. I definitely recommend Metropolitan Endodontics!
