I had a root canal at Metropolitan Endodontists. The process was simple and didn’t hurt at all. Dr Burke explained the x-ray and provided me all options I could pursue. Instead of selling me a root canal, he gave me options! I really appreciated that. I wholeheartedly support Metropolitan Endodontics and will use them again if needed. Easy to get the date you want, easy registration and painless root canal. Great follow up the next day.
My first appointment with Dr. Burke for a consult. I was a little nervous but Dr. Burke and his staff reassured me that things would be alright. They explained things in detail as to what they were doing and what will need to be done. I was so impressed with the administrative staff and the assistant to Dr. Burke. Fantastic experience! I highly recommend Metro Endodontics. Dr. Burke explained everything he was doing before and while he was doing it. He was patient and answered my millions of questions before the dental work as well. The office staff and dental assistants were all very helpful and pleasant as well!
I received same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. Despite some challenges before and during the procedure, the care I received was truly excellent. The staff remained professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
Excellent care. Needed an assessment of an old root canal that was causing problems. I was able to get in promptly, the endodontist was kind, very knowledgeable and communicated clearly. I was given options for treatment, had a chance to ask questions, and given space to consider and make an informed decision.
