I simply cannot recommend them enough. They were responsive, easy to make an appointment and gave great service from the moment I arrived. They made sure I understood the options, the procedure and the after care and made sure to take time to answer any questions I had. During the procedure they were caring and careful. A very relaxing and uplifting experience. I appreciate their professionalism and personalization!
I was able to get a next day appointment. Dr. Burke and the staff were so kind and professional, they made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire procedure. I had no pain at all during or after the root canal. I definitely recommend Metropolitan Endodontics!
Dr Burke, his assistant, Sam and the entire front desk staff were terrific. I came to the office expecting to receive a RCT #5 with room for a post and core. After reviewing the previous X-rays with newer three dimensional X-rays, doing pulp tests among other tests we all came to the conclusion there was enough remaining tooth structure to do the necessary crown without the need for a root canal. Surprised, surprise!!
I have been remiss in writing this review. I saw Dr. Burke in April of 2024. I was referred to him by my dentist and expected to be told I needed a root canal. After looking at the x-rays taken by their machine, he told me he could do a wonderful root canal, but that it would not solve my problem. He asked appropriate questions, explained everything very thoroughly, answered my questions, and determined the correct course of treatment. He is very kind and very thorough. Metropolitan Endodontics got me in for a tooth crisis the same day. I was seen by Dr Jered Vislisel and his colleague in Woodbury, who were thorough, communicative, and skilled. I felt like the diagnosis and treatment was first rate and the care was excellent. I would highly recommend this office.
