My first appointment with Dr. Burke for a consult. I was a little nervous but Dr. Burke and his staff reassured me that things would be alright. They explained things in detail as to what they were doing and what will need to be done. I was so impressed with the administrative staff and the assistant to Dr. Burke. Excellent care. Needed an assessment of an old root canal that was causing problems. I was able to get in promptly, the endodontist was kind, very knowledgeable and communicated clearly. I was given options for treatment, had a chance to ask questions, and given space to consider and make an informed decision.
Dr. Burke and his staff are excellent. Most people are professional at their jobs, but it is the compassion that they bring to the table. So understanding and caring. Dr. Burke first took time to acknowledge the pain I was in and then explained ever In detail each step along the way. The team was caring and thorough with my options. They provided advice and guidance but did not push me with regards to a difficult decision. I was seen promptly and given good attention.
I received same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. Despite some challenges before and during the procedure, the care I received was truly excellent. The staff remained professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
