RecommendedFriendly, professional staff. Dr. Anderson narrated the entire procedure as he performed it so there were no surprises. Scheduling could be adjusted a bit as arriving early for a 7 am appointment, you will find the building locked until 7 am.
Was referred to them by Baumrind Family Dentistry. I supplied all insurance info to them prior to my first appointment. When I arrived at my first appointment the staff as the desk said "your insurance will probably reimburse you - please file it yourself." The next day I had the surgery. My fault in not checking to see if this practice was out of network with my insurance plan. (I don't go to doctors often). And they mislead me knowing they do not accept my insurance. Out of $600.
I had an extremely concerning and disappointing experience with this practice that has had lasting effects on my health and quality of life. I initially came here for a routine wisdom tooth extraction and left with ongoing numbness that persisted after the procedure. When I returned, I was told there was still a remaining root that needed to be removed; something that should have been addressed during the original procedure.
