EXCEPTIONAL. I got it on postmates so the falafel was not fresh but still the best ive had in the USA. Everything else was excellent.

: I was in on Sunday evening (ordered take out in store). I asked for Harissa on top of my bowl, but the server actually put a cilantro sauce on top. I asked if it was Harissa and she said yes (even though I knew it was a red sauce). I let her know that I didn't think it was and she quickly went ahead and added another sauce on top and said I would like it like that. The bowl was really wet and had the wrong sauce on top.

Completely messed up our order, and a 20 minute wait after ordering ahead. Very disappointed and annoyed. Called 5 minutes before closing to let them know and the phone was disconnected. I have ordered here a lot, but now I'm probably not going to moving forward.
Your store website says it closes at 9. I got there at 8:25 but stepped out to get my wife’s order. At 8:32 I tried to go back in the store had been closed door locked. Staff just stared. Super frustrating to come down to go to your store during hours and not be able to be served.
Hello, I recently picked up my order this evening and brought it back to my house to find they gave me the wrong order. I asked twice if this was for Brooks and they acknowledged it was. I think their was a language barrier and also the chaos of Saturday night dining. However I’m disappointed that I have the wrong order after looking forward to sharing this meal with my family. There is a sign on the door of the Mezeh Optimist Hall location stating that masks are mandatory to enter. None of the three staff members were wearing masks. This seems silly.
