If you are considering a facial laser treatment, I highly recommend booking with Missy! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Sharyn was wonderful! I have seen her twice for a skin issue I was having, pre cancerous possible dark spots and she froze those off, and for Botox! I am very happy with her and the way she makes you feel like you are the only patient she has at the moment. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
Extremely disappointing experience at MI Skin Center in Northville. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time—something that’s happened every time I’ve visited (three times total). Once I was finally seen, I was moved between two different rooms, only to be told that Missy couldn't perform the treatment I was scheduled for. It’s impossible to schedule a visit on the website, why are their options to choose from until you get to the end and it says the appointment was taken? But then you refresh the screen and ITS STILL THERE as an option. Absolute joke. And then I sent a request to be contacted and lo and behold they don’t bother reaching out. I work in a dental office and we would never treat a potential patient the way they treat theirs. Disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and find another office.
Dr. Kartono and her staff are fantastic! Very friendly and personable, they put me at ease from the first visit. They worked together as a team and were very thorough and professional. They were very helpful in addressing my individual needs. Highly recommend.
