MI Skin Center is a very professional, supportive, thorough, and caring Office/ Business. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed with the polite and courteous staff. I had a wonderful experience with my Hydrafacial. Pam is a very skilled esthetician and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. The day after my facial my skin was still glowing and felt so smooth to touch. I noticed a big difference compared to how dry my skin was before having it done. I would definitely recommend giving this a try.
I am so happy I found MI Skin Center. We have been going there for about a year now. The office staff is always so nice, they are organized, and the doctor and NP take time with you. I never feel rushed. Sharon is always so patient with us and answers all our questions. I like that I can text them if I have any questions as well. I highly recommend this place.
Dr. Kartono and Sharryn have been amazing! They worked with me to find better treatments for my skin condition that ultimately helped keep it under control, which I hadn’t received when seeing other dermatologists. The rest of the staff is also great to work with, including everyone from the MAs to the front desk receptionists.
I really liked the clinic, everyone was very nice and professional, at first I felt very hopeful about finally finding a dermatologist who would listen and help me. I was under the impression after receiving a referral from my Doctor to the clinic that I was only paying my copays, for months, I never received a bill until I came in for one of my appointments and was told that I have an outstanding balance of hundreds of dollars.
