Sharyn was wonderful! I have seen her twice for a skin issue I was having, pre cancerous possible dark spots and she froze those off, and for Botox! I am very happy with her and the way she makes you feel like you are the only patient she has at the moment. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
Extremely disappointing experience at MI Skin Center in Northville. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time—something that’s happened every time I’ve visited (three times total). Once I was finally seen, I was moved between two different rooms, only to be told that Missy couldn't perform the treatment I was scheduled for. Dr. Kartono and her staff are fantastic! Very friendly and personable, they put me at ease from the first visit. They worked together as a team and were very thorough and professional. They were very helpful in addressing my individual needs. Highly recommend.
Sheryn the nurse practitioner is wonderful. I really like working with her and she really knows what she is doing. She is ready to talk to and ask questions and it's easy to see she loves her work and working g with patients. I also got both shots for my "eleven s" last week, and I barely felt anything.
