Extremely disappointing experience at MI Skin Center in Northville. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time—something that’s happened every time I’ve visited (three times total). Once I was finally seen, I was moved between two different rooms, only to be told that Missy couldn't perform the treatment I was scheduled for. Dr. Kartono and her staff are fantastic! Very friendly and personable, they put me at ease from the first visit. They worked together as a team and were very thorough and professional. They were very helpful in addressing my individual needs. Highly recommend.
Sheryn the nurse practitioner is wonderful. I really like working with her and she really knows what she is doing. She is ready to talk to and ask questions and it's easy to see she loves her work and working g with patients. I also got both shots for my "eleven s" last week, and I barely felt anything. Highly recommend.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for over two years now, and up until today, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff has always been incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. The doctors I've seen in the past have been respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I’ve recommended this place to friends and family countless times. Very professional and courteous organization. They are very thorough and spend the time necessary to answer questions and address concerns. Most importantly, this is not a cattle drive dermatologist! Their focus is quality, not quantity!
