My experience with Miami Luxury Homes and specifically with Ian was a very positive one. Ian is both professional and personable. His attention to detail , honesty and willingness to listen to me were just a few things that positively affected my experience of finding a new home. Additionally, he helped me to find a home that matched my price points and the space I needed. On a personal note, he is nice with a good sense of humor and seems to really enjoy his job - which made the whole process much easier.
Michelle reached out immediately after my initial inquiry about rentals in Miami. She walked me through everything and showed up on site to send me videos of the neighborhood and the unit where I couldn't be there in person. Phenomenal customer service experience from start to finish!
I needed to rent a luxury apartment in Miami and Michelle Padilla did an excellent job in locating and showing me prospective properties. She was always provided me information in advance and was very effective in showing me the properties. She is very knowledgeable about the process and walked me through every step from providing a deposit, negotiating the lease, and everything that had to happen to move into an established luxury building.
