Excellent doctor! Dr. Bolton has always been very effective and supportive in all aspects of medical care. He’s always able to provide thorough answers to questions in a way that’s easy to understand and remember. Also he’s very comfortable to talk with, many psychiatrists don’t possess the warmth, patience, and ability to relate to people from all different backgrounds like Dr. Bolton.
My experience with Dr Bolton and Lifestance has been very positive. The receptionist is responsive and helpful whenever I need their help. Dr Bolton has a nice easy going demeanor and really seems to care about the well being of his patients.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Bolton and the staff at Lifestance. I appreciate his efficiency and attention to details. His style and approach may not be for everyone (referring to the 1 star reviews) but I personally like that he is direct and modern with his insight. He has been accommodating with teleheath and technology glitches from time to time on my end and is a consistent source of support over the last year + that I’ve been seeing him.
Please, no matter how rushed you feel, or how urgent it is, do not see Michael Bolton. He is reckless and dangerous in his diagnosis of mental disorders. For context, this is the only time that a “doctor” has implied that I google it and let them know if they think I agree. This was after 30 minutes of my first appointment. Professionalism and empathy were nonexistent, and I was left worried for his other patients. I encourage you to look elsewhere for help.
