I am a RE Investor and I want to defer my $150,000 of capital gain on my rental condo. Mr. Tran helped me to sell my condo in 9 days. We found the replacement rental house in about 14 days. Mr. Tran rented my newly exchange house in 3 weeks after escrow closed. The whole 1031 exchange took less than three months to complete.
