Dr Del Rio was the hero that saved my husband‘s life back in 2002 when he needed emergency bypass surgery. This was at Riverside Community Hospital and John’s cardiologist, Dr. Joseph Quan, ask Dr. del Rio. to assist. It was a very “touch and go” quadruple bypass surgery because he was giving blood thinners prior, thinking it was just going to be an angiogram. I recommend Dr Michael J Del Rio to anyone needing heart surgery. He is a phenomenal worker who did my spouse's double bypass. Along with his PAs and ARNPs during surgery.
