Dont ever go to here especially the one at 33160 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. They refused to accept my insurance and would not clean my teeth without a $400 per visit upsell AND demanded I come 4 times a year. No cavities and just needed a cleaning. I would also like my 73 bucks back for the unnecessary xray that was not explained and a xray records that I paid for. But, I know they wont respond so just avoid.
No problem with the Dr. himself. But his staff at Seminole clinic need a customer service training. Especially the front desk clerk. She has no sympathy in whatsoever. The recorded greeting when you call Aspen is in contrary to what this lady is presenting.
