I had a slow leak in one of my tires and stopped in to have it fixed. I was told they were a bit busy but they would take care of me. The wait time was minimal and the repair done for me. Subaru always makes an effort to take care of everyone in a timely manner with service and customer support that goes above the rest.
They incorrectly serviced my Outback three times. The sales department was forced into purchasing an after-market warranty during the sales process. I was told that Norm's in SLT would work with the warranty. Norms will NOT work with it. No other dealership or shop in the area was willing to work with the warranty company. I recently moved to Reno and have been looking for a dealership that is comparable with the one I used in Mesa AZ. Yesterday I drove an hour to try the independent Michael Hohl Subaru dealership to have my Subaru Outback serviced. It was well worth the trip. My service representative, Chris Hawes, was great. I'm happy to have found a company that I feel is efficient, reasonably priced and customer oriented.
Can't be trusted with something as simple as a routine oil change, apparently. I drove 50 miles to get my brand new Forester it's very first oil change & service. The car (which had zero issues) now smells of burning plastic, has leaked oil all over my garage floor, and has low oil levels - only one month later. When I called to complain, they offered another oil change "free of charge", but refused to ship me a couple quarts of oil.
