Mike Ireland has been thoughtful and helpful. He doesn’t always have a lot of time, but he always listens to my concerns and gives positive feedback. And occasionally, one of his cats shares the screen with him and contributes to the general discussion. The cats always give positive feedback, which adds to the supportive atmosphere. I recommend him highly.

I’d imagine most ADHD patients get nervous about finding a new provider if they move away. I definitely did. Turned out that I traded up and dr ierland has been absolutely amazing and out of the 4 doctors I’ve had, he is the first one to actually check in with me about my life and look at the whole picture that’s me. He cares and it’s shows. I’m not after does he ask the same questions (usually the only question I used to get) how’s the meds working? Michael Ireland has been an important component in my recovery from a series of traumatic events. He always listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He kept track of my medications and adjusted them when adjustments were necessary.

Michael is a definitely a gem for LifeStance or would be whatever practice he is at. He is incredibly compassionate and considerate. Michael knows how to truly meet people where they are at. He's not pushy about medication and provides valuable suggestions on what to maybe work on in therapy rather than just relying on meds. The US needs more mental healthcare provides like Michael.
