I had a urethral structure in the prostate, Dr.Kemper was the emergency urologist that treated me and inserted a foley catheter. Very understanding of my distress in not being able to urinate, he succeeded when other medical personal were unable to insert the catheter. Would highly recommend, I have had one other appointment with him to go over the surgical correction that I going to have. AS

I had a medical procedure scheduled for October 15, but just two days before the appointment, the Georgia Urology office called to reschedule it—pushing it three months out. This was very disappointing, especially since the original date had been confirmed well in advance. Aside from the nightmare that was Ga Urology's administration, Dr Kemper seemed rushed and showed little interest in doing anything with care from the pre-procedure evaluation through the procedure itself. During a miscommunicated (thanks to their admins) post-op appointment, he retreated around a corner and basically had his nurse relay (while I could still hear him) that I was only to drop-off a specimen and didn't require an appointment instead of speaking with me in person.
