Dr Ding and his entire staff were caring, professional and understanding from the outset. I had to have the remains of three broken teeth extracted, and then bone grafted back. Not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination, but extremely quick and my discomfort has been minimal all along. And I do not use "quick" as a derogatory comment. I saw Dr. Ding and his staff for a complicated tooth extraction and follow up care. From beginning to end, the care was excellent. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen, they were very pleasant, professional, the care was top notch, and I experienced minimal discomfort with the procedures. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental work done, including small children. I couldn't have asked for better care. This is a top compliment from another healthcare professional.

My son's jaw pain was unresolced by dr ding and he continud to bill $2300 when insurance told him patient responsibility was 0 for a year his billing staff mailed, emailed and called.

I was assured before the surgery that I had already paid everything I owed and that unless something went wrong during the surgery I would not have to pay anymore. A month later though they sent me an extra bill for $500 without any explanation. Very unprofessional.
