Dr. Yoo’s practice at Aspen Dental preys on elderly people and whomever else his trained manipulative staff can take advantage of. They will take your social security number and see if you prequalify for Care Credit upfront without your knowledge, then back into stealing as much of that money as they can by backing the costs of (unneeded) services or dental appliances/procedures. He hides his 3 Practices in Bangor, Thomaston and Augusta under the LLC name of TRUE TRUSTY DENTAL GROUP which is obviously a joke and play on word... read more

Staff is rude and unprofessional.
Mr. Yoo does not appear to know much about his profession, and even less about managing a business. I would recommend staying away from any practice associated with this individaul.
